These policies are designed to create clarity, set expectations, and support a respectful experience for everyone participating in our wellness education offerings.

Program Nature & Scope

Nita Bee Health & Wellness provides wellness education and lifestyle coaching only.

We do not provide:

  • Medical care or clinical services

  • Diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions

  • Mental health therapy or counseling

  • Prescribing or medication management

Participation in any program does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Participants are encouraged to maintain care with their licensed healthcare and mental health providers.

Enrollment & Participation

  • Enrollment in The Nita Bee Nourish Program™ is open to adults (18+).

  • Participation is voluntary and self-directed.

  • Program content is educational and intended to support lifestyle awareness and nourishment habits.

  • Individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Payments & Billing

  • All programs are cash-based and paid in advance.

  • Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change with notice; existing members will be notified in advance of any changes.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the digital and educational nature of our programs, all sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months, missed content, or lack of participation.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact us so we can assist.

Wellness Coaching Sessions (If Applicable)

For participants enrolled in programs that include 1:1 wellness coaching:

  • Sessions are educational and non-clinical.

  • Coaching sessions focus on lifestyle habits, nourishment education, and goal setting.

  • Sessions must be scheduled and attended within the designated time frame.

  • Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without prior notice.

Communication Boundaries

  • Program communication is intended for general wellness education and support.

  • We are unable to respond to medical questions, symptom concerns, or medication-related inquiries.

  • Please do not share personal medical information in group spaces, contact forms, or emails.

For medical or mental health concerns, contact your licensed provider.

Supplements & Third-Party Products (If Referenced)

Any discussion of nutritional supplements is educational only.

  • Supplements are optional and never required.

  • Statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

  • Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • Participants should consult their healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.

Privacy & Respect

  • Participant privacy is important.

  • Information shared within group spaces should be treated respectfully and confidentially.

  • Harassment, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Nita Bee Health & Wellness reserves the right to remove participants who violate community guidelines without refund.

Changes to Policies

Nita Bee Health & Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
