without extremes, quick fixes, or clinical treatment.
Is this medical care or therapy?
No. Nita Bee Health & Wellness provides wellness education and lifestyle coaching only.
This experience does not include:
Medical care
Diagnosis or treatment
Mental health therapy or counseling
Medication management
Participants are encouraged to continue care with their licensed healthcare and mental health providers.
Why is there an application process?
The application helps ensure that this experience aligns with your goals and expectations.
We use an application process to:

Can I participate if I have a medical or mental health diagnosis?
Yes. Many participants have existing diagnoses.
However, this experience does not treat or manage medical or mental health conditions.
You should continue care with your licensed providers while participating.
Can I join if I’m using a GLP-1 medication?
Yes. The Nourish Experience™ includes educational lifestyle guidance for individuals using or
considering GLP-1 medications.
We do not prescribe, adjust, or manage medications.
What does participation look like?
Participation is intentionally flexible.
Inside the experience, you’ll have access to:
Weekly wellness education
Reflection prompts
Optional community discussion
Monthly live educational sessions
You choose how deeply to engage based on what feels supportive for you.
Is this a diet or weight-loss program?
No. This is not a diet, meal-plan, or weight-loss program.
The focus is on nourishment, awareness, and sustainable habits, not restriction or
outcome-based promises.
Do you provide meal plans?
No. The Nourish Experience™ does not provide meal plans.
Instead, we focus on food-first education and flexible nourishment frameworks that help you
understand how to support yourself — rather than telling you exactly what to eat.
This approach allows for personalization, sustainability, and autonomy, and supports
participants in building habits they can maintain long after the experience ends.
Are supplements required?
No. Any discussion of supplements is educational only. Supplements are optional and never required.
Participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.
How long does the experience last?
The Nourish Experience™ is offered on a monthly basis, and many participants choose to remain enrolled for multiple months to deepen learning and integration.
You are free to continue as long as the experience feels supportive.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary for each individual.
This experience does not guarantee outcomes.
Participants often share that they feel more grounded, informed, and consistent in how they approach their wellness.
Is this connected to a medical or nurse practitioner practice?
No. Nita Bee Health & Wellness and The Nita Bee Nourish Experience™ are completely separate from any medical or nurse practitioner practice.
All offerings are delivered in a non-clinical capacity.
